About TC

Dr Chin is currently the Partnerships & Scientific Director at Highway Foundation, an innovative youth charity that aims to inspire young people to belong and become the person they want to be. TC is also Senior Research Fellow in Wellbeing Science at The University of Melbourne, where she has held an academic position since 2013. Her research examines the enablers and contextual factors of what contributes to optimal and sustained wellbeing over the lifespan. She has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles and chapters, as well as 18 commissioned reports for Industry, Local and State Government departments in Australia. Her work is well cited within and beyond academia.
